edit: oops, its not a box, theres a link, just like change password, and u click it, u type in ur secret question and u can turn it on/off

if theres no link, then you dont have recurring billing

Use the link or unkick the box from recurring billing will ask you to put in a Secret answer if u dont know one of ur answers go back wait a few mins and it will change.
