Trying to switch human account to orc, and i get the above issue

but god, they enable it this morning, and already, we can't NT to one side

If your a perm stipend holder you can't NT. The human sin I own/share is a top 25 char and I can't NT to orc at the moment, yet we managed to NT other chars.

I had same problem to transfer from Orc side....
Sent a ticket and team re.enabled it so I did transfer finally, to Human.

Taurus (nazi stipend), Legionaire (H stipend ) and few more just came Orc... check if all chars on account are clanless and have no quests in progress, then try NT.
