2 Different accounts 48 hour ban for TPT

I've read past threads about this but I've got some questions.

I was on my noob account, doing quests and it got banned for 48 hours because a third party tool was detected. I didn't really care because there was nothing on it. Then I was in Moradon checking the market and I got banned for the same duration and reason on my account with all my money...

My questions are:
Will there be a penalty on my account with money when I get it back? Like will I get deleveled or lose money?
If this happens again when I am playing legit, will their punishment be harder? Like a longer ban?

EDIT: 2 of my mule accounts got banned too.
I turned off firewall and got banned on a new account I made. So turning off firewall is not a solution.

I'm just stressing the fact that I am getting banned for playing legit, when there are KOXP'ers out there when they are the ones that should have gotten banned.

I don't think it was my anti virus because it's usually off. But I'll double check next time.

BS player used to cause me the crashes with the old X-trap. maybe the same problem with TPT error But don't really know, haven't played KO for a while now
