3 Month platinum premium?

Well i don't know where else to post this but here it goes:

I purchased 3 month plat back in January (i have like 14 days left), and i never received the last months trina and KC. I sent a support ticket and it was closed because they said purchase was made a while ago..ok how was i supposed to know i would get what i paid for in the last month? I PM'd CaliMaestro, CHUCKIEEE, and Linus with my problem and info (char name, server, CC etc) and its been over a week and no replies from any of them.

Did this ever happen to anyone, if so how should i fix this?

long time ago, i had problems with premium purchasing... after many tickets, i got compensation from K2... uhm, maybe better say, they promised me compensation... compensation was bonus knight cash, extra premium and trina... i got premium, but not knight cash, trina, so after more tickets, i finally got knight cash, but not trina... well, more tickets... somebody from K2 checked logs or something and told me, he saw trina injection into my account, but i never got it... i wrote more tickets, but it was word against word... i know, that i didnt get trina, but they told, i must got it... so i got only bonus premium, knight cash and not trina... all after dozens of tickets...
so if you didnt get anything from K2, dont count with it...

same thing happened to me back in december when I purchased the 3 month gold prem. I received only 2 trinas and 2000kc, i didn't pm anyone cause i'm lazy and i know where it leads to. GL

my guess would be to do daily pm's/tickets

eventually they will get anooyed and actually read ur issue

I sent another ticket and they gave me my 800 KC, no trina...oh well. I dont play the server anymore anyways /close topic
