Game Freezing since the last patch

Hi,
since the last patch 1866\1867 game is working slower and i get like 5 sec freeze when new objects/ players appear, for example in pk when i see large party
game freezes for like 5-10 sec and then working slow =\..

i never had this problem probably last patch changes did something, i have tried reinstalling the game/GPU Driver/ changing graphics nothing helps

im using win 7 64bit
RADEON HD 4850
Quad core Q9300

already tried that, also tried runing as admin, same problem =\
it has something to do with win 7 but i cant figure out what it is..

Well i heard some one from clan was talking about the same thing and he said there are some problems runing game on 64 bit
dont know for sure but might help u

had the same problem on win7 enterprise, i shut down kaspersky and it worked properly again.
