webcaming and internet errors

    Welll past few days or so i been geting errors with my IE..( will get SS next time it happend ) so it closes out on me..like after i put a reply on here..

    next is while playing KO and you try to do a webcam and it restarts my PC..i think right before it retsrts it says blah blah using some kind of tool or program i dunno..

    is this happening to anyone else?
