Acc creation on JapKO

I need some help with acc creation on JapKO because after registering i cant get mail with activation and password or whatever , my mail is not hotmail ( bukovski said that you cant use hotmail ) , some1 tell me pls how to solve this problem or just contact me through my msn and create me one acc
