I keep clicking confirm but always keeps coming back asking me to confirm zzzzzzzzzzz

ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew
its the ultra version of ipconfig /flushdns
it will dc your net for a min, but its more likely to work

I'm not sure it has to do with your internet. That error occurred when you exited the game but you didn't get removed from the CURRENT_USERS table.

most of the time, however sometimes when the client fails to close properly the reason you arent removed is because your computer has cached the login, and can be fixed via what i said, its worked for me in the past, so ... meh who cares why really
