Skill Bar reseting Automatically?

Well, in the OLD KO which was awesome, when I logged in my skills would still be on the bar. Since KE came out and went shitty it stopped doing this. Everytime I login it resets my skill bar and shows the newbie pop up help screen. How do you fix this? This is so annoying when you are relogging to kill a boss and you have to wait a couple of minutes to put your skills on the bar. I have re-installed K2 previously but still no luck. Can YOU help me? -_-

this happens to me if i when i recently changed my skillbar, maybe the 2 first times i login but then everything is fine

I mean this always happens to me it never saves anymore. Do i have to set up my skillbar select character and start my character again?

your regedit might be locked for that account for w/e reason
