Account Hacked

Well, i got one of my acc hacked, it was priest lvl 80, i dont know how hacker changed my PW and E-mail. I have all information of ACC and GamerFirst said that will only change information if i add a premium at acc, it is ok, but HOW I CAN ADD PREMIUM if i dont have access to acc?

Some time ago i readed about one site that we ASK for GamersFirst and we can rate they asnwer. Someone can give to me this link ou name?

Also, someone have any TIP? What could i do?
