IS ACCOUNT with OTP 100% safety?

I saw some otp activation trailer on turkish language ofc i couldnt understand anything,but anyways i saw how it goes.Was only wondering,every time you log in,you need to activate new one or what? If that`s the case i understand why people still avoid to get and activate it.

with otp active the only way you get hacked its if that guy get your account and pass, the rest with telephone number its not hard....

you cant change phone number WITHOUT access to old one since you have to use verification SMS - ofc you can do that via CS with proving that you are owner of account with payment info date of birth and account creation date which gonna take 2 months anyway
