Account Protection HELP!

I log into my account on the website and it makes me answer 1 of my security questions.

then it says :Use the onscreen number pad to create your new Seal/Unseal Key.

Note: You must enter 8 digits before pressing the Confirm button.

as soon as i put in 8 digits, the Confirm button disappears.

but i cant set it.

my only options are hitting reset and keep puttingin the same code or a different one or Cancel

If i hit cancel then it redirects me to the home page on the website.

Anyone know how to fix this?
