Again a problem with KO

Well i was playin ko for few hours, then desided to watch a movie and after that when i launched KO it just freez at 99% char data...i tryed turning off my antivirus+windows firewall , still nothing . Reinstalled the game - still nothing ...
If anyone know how i can fix this? <_<
I saw few weeks ago someone with same problem like me , but the only answer he got was - your account is blocked or smth like that.
I tryed log with 4 other accounts and i got the same problem.
The search button aint working for me so please dont tell me - "there are 79475 topics abaut that" etc.

if u watch movie on ur pc maybe u sature video and memory ram and maybe thats the conflict that u can not log.

turn off virus protectors and firewalls then turn them on after when your in game.
