..change an .avi movie file to a wma. movie file? (or was it .wmw, anyway 1 of those)

ive tryed som that i found from google, but most dont work and som only change the sound <_<

and it has to be .avi -> .wma (.wmw)

If you get hold of a full copy of nero 7 it can change things over, also windows movie maker can do it also
