    Hi to the one's who read this.
    I'm posting this for my friend since he can't get on Ko4life.
    My friend got hacked like 3 weeks ago.
    He never shared his account. He made it himself
    and leveled his char from 1 till 76.
    But now he lost his account,the hacker changed all information on the account.
    He gave me all the information of his account( last 4 digits of his CC,C&B customer ID, the SA's, and the e-mail on the acc)
    I allready sent like 4 tickets to get the account back,
    but each time they told me I need to give them the C&B customer ID.
    (although I posted my C&B customer ID twice in my message.......)
    After I responce to their message, they say you haven't proven us with enough information to show you're the true owner,
    please try again when you can provide us with better information...
    I would be glad if someone could help me out,
    My friend has worked so much on his char.
    He doesn't care about the items he just wants the account back.

    Nobody here cant help you , only your friend.
    Ask him for the birthdate he used on this account , if he have it :

    Birthdate used on the account > digits , SQ's , SA's , email , C&B

    The birthdate used on the account is the importent thing for k2 to know you the real owner.

    then why don't they actually ask for it...
    But, ok I'll try it again with his birthy day ^^.

    You must bro , the birthdate he used on the account are the importent thing for k2 to prove you the real owner.
    if you have it you can be sure he will get the account back , but i hope for you its the currect one and not wrong.

    then i lost me warrior i send ticket with 4 last digits what i use ... for buy premium , all sq answers and unseal ..... and new password and emeil ... and they cheanged it easy to make only need 2-3 days wait ....

    well, im trying to get it back for more than a week now,
    and they still asking for the fucking C&B customer ID although I typed it twice for the fuckers,zzzzzzzz

    Yea same thing happened to me, k2 keep asking for the fukin click and buy numbers which i already sent them. Probs the person who hacked me used a new click and buy id so k2 are asking for the hackers CaB ID <_<

    yes this problem happends to some people, you will just have to give him these following things...

    account name
    registration Date
    all credit card 4digits used on account
    all c&b 9 digits used on account
    possibly birthdate



    and I think that is all you need but im not completly sure...

    Tell him check his MSN/ICQ/Yahoo messenger for any suspicious turks then block + delete them.

    Talk to a In-Game GM, suppot tickets wont do shit.


    You can find a updated list of GM&#39;s in your sever on the KnightOnlineWorld.com forums under your specific server. It should be pinned.
