There's a method to get into the game without the luncher.. dont know if it's legal and I'm not using it, just saying there is a way to do that so if Luncher is off, you can still get into the game.

you can bypass luncher easily and without violating any TOS but it doesnt help you to get into game if the log in is down or is lagging etc, it only helps you to log in faster if you have all needed patches and log in works fine which is not this case for sure

How can I do that?

1. Make a shortcut from KnightOnline.exe
2. Rightclick on it, select properties.
3. First entry, you can see the KO path, go to the end and type [space]USA_KnightOnline

Start KO with it. However if the login server is off you still can't login, but it's faster if you're nonprem player and try to hammer the servers.
