Help needed. Launcher problem

I just changed over to vista. I installed the 1800 client but when i try to open the launcher it says:

Launcher MFC ******(6 korean symbols) has stopped working.

A problem caused the program to stop working. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

I am running it as an administrator.
I have tried compatibility mode.

I don't know much about PCs and less about vista any help / tips would be appreciated. Ty

well im guessin u didnt download client again, u just transfered by some usb or somethin, try downloading again now that ur using vista and try again , if u alrdy downloaded using vista, ignore this...
U can also try installing patches manually 1 by 1 untill launcher starts loading on its own ...
