Can i say its useless....

I did a complaint once, the BBB just lettered me back with a K2 response...all ofc full of crap

KO is a big game with many players, we know that at times our servers do lag and we are doing our best to keep the inconvience to a minimun whilst working on a solution.

Character deletion was removed to make sure abusers do not have the ability to change identity/delete their characters to remain untraced, soon enough this feature will be established back to its normal function.

well...thats the kind of replies you get...
