I cant log into website!

i type in my user/pass and it says user/pass doesnt exist!!
But i always log into game with this username!
What can i do?

Oh, btw, i mean the KO website

it's because you have small and big letters in your password or username like.
id: useRnAme
pw: passWorD

You can get in game with just typing the id with lower or upper case letters, it doesnt matter but for website you need to use the right combination.

about 100+ combos i tried, but got it!

or just right your USERNAME in capitals and your password in lower case
