I dont know :mellow: i had this problem and the after 1 or 2 days i tryed to start game as usually, I opened Laucher, pressed Start and game started :s I dont know how..btw I ordered sent a ticket, but I think they didnt do nothing.I did sth but because abother problem.

try shutdown firewall if there any maybe he blocks ur download patches to xtrap
or clean ur floder of koxps xD
