Sometimes my internet crashes and i cant do anytihng except wait till it comes back on i odnt know why this happens dosnt say anyinthig about a cord or a modem just wont work its gay

And 2 i cant start msn messanger i try and start it but it wont at first it would start like 20 mins after trying to start it but now it dosnt start at all and ive reinstalled repaired everything

you should talk to your isp first i think. also you didnt gave enough info about your pc, how you connect to net bla bla.
