Blue screen "dumping physical memory"

i keep getting this blue screen and then starts dumping my memory can someone help me out

.....
try to inistall graphic card newest drivers
if it doesnt works change rams.
if it doenst works too format pc n try these again.
if all these doesnt work. control cpu's temp. no no first control this one
still same? . ok we will stry something else later :P

Did you try google ? ^_^

Try testing your mem: Memtest

you could have memory bleed. go into taks manager and go to processes and se if something is eating up your memory or your cpu. If something is tell us what the programm is thats is hogging your mem to make sure its safe to end the process.
