bought bronze premium

Hello,

Today i tried entering game but i wasn't able to connect to beramus1 and beramus2 cus of non-premium users error.. So i connected to beramus3 tried to enter my char but got disconnected (not banned user) and i remember that last time i played with it i left it at ronark, so i decided to buy bronze premium, and after i bought it premium is appearing ingame but when it's loading Information[1] at 10% game crashes, its for all my accounts chars.. please help.
