Business internet w/ firewall

So the frat im living in got upgraded to a new internet and now its a business line with a firewall. if im not wrong the firewall blocks all ports except for http web browsing. it looks to me like its gonna take a long ass time before the alumuni fixes the damn firewall and im bored as hell at summer school so anyone know how to get past this?

it wont stop u from playing Ko or any other game.... (although opening ports in some games will help with the latency)

actually it did. the only thing that works is browser web surfing. everything else is a no-go. including vent, ko, and even xbox live. all directly plugged into the wall via ethernet
