About surround sound

Just recently bought a divinci 800 watt speaker system 4 way center channel 5*120 watt and 250 watt subwoofer the company is divinci sound hugh quality stuff 2 grand for it but got it new for cheap another way was wondering if anyone knows if a decent nice receiver 150 watt 4-5 channel will power them decently or just ruin them thanks and if in wrong spot move pls
