I don't think so because in order to do that it would require another code ( for example [img.] [/img] for adding pictures).

you could download it, covert it to a .gif and post it as a sig, but it would be huge and i don't thin any free uploader lets you upload pictures that large.

These forums don't allow the required "Embed" tags as far as I know. Conversion to an animated GIF would work for the video, but you'd get no audio. However an ani Gif of a minute in length at youtube resolutions would be enormous... probably in the region of 50-100Mb

My avatar goes to show that you can convert from youtube to a small clip, provided you accept a vast loss in "motion" quality to make it small.
