BW problem

i opened Border War character to earn some money and i lvled him up to lvl 40.
when i try to talk the dispatcher.... he say me that im too strong :P (that lvl 35-45 war )

i was getting same msg with my mage and i know couple guys who did also
u gotta make new char lol
