Can he get back his account?

So, i bought an account some days ago, i got every info (pass,id,secret answer ) and I changed everything but I heard on the forum that he could get back his account by sending a ticket with the click&buy account he used to buy premium.

Is this shit true or is it total BS? If it would be true, why are people still selling/buying account here? Why would it still be allowed on these forums if it really was so easy to get back an account?

I think they require complete payment info including all ESN codes used and transaction ID-s.
By that logic, once you make a new purchase, his payment info is not complete anymore and is therefore useless.

Indeed but I read someone saying "yea he hacked my account then he bought premium thinking it would work but I got my acc back hahaha" some hours ago.

payment info from last 6 months, but if last one is missing ( becaise you used new one c&b or kesen) he still get your account back if he say that he was hacked.

What if I use 2 Kesn codes and 1 premium?

There's got to be a way to avoid this kind of scam otherwise, i think selling/buying accounts should be forbidden.
