Problem when starting KO, beeping sound plays continuously.

I have no idea what it is. I start KO fullscreen and then theres a continuous beeping noise. The way I used to fix it was to start KO then go standby mode and then close/start KO again. Now when i try that my screen just stays black after resuming from standby. Not sure what to do.. I have already reinstalled KO aswell as reinstalling video drivers/audio drivers.

if the beeping comes from your motherboard, count how many time it beeps. if it's from the game re-install.

its one of the system noises. its not coming from the motherboard. it plays in my speakers
