Can't install and uninstall

Hi all,
My WoW timecard ran out so I decided to check Knight Online again.
I downloaded the KnightOnlineSetup_1506.exe, when I run it it says: Please UnInstall the previous version of KnightOnline.
A couple of weeks before this I deleted a lot of stuff (this includes the Knight Online folder)
When I go to Software and try to UnInstall Knight Online it says: "An installation support file could not be installed" and (in Dutch) "Het systeem kan het opgegeven bestand niet vinden"
I also tryed to RegEdit and searched for Knight Online and deleted everthing I could found, but nothing helps, I still get that message

as i told on semilar topic download ccleaner it free and can delete everything in ur computer :blink:
