Can't Log to main site

Hmm, I remember people posting topics about their account id's that include non-alphabetical characters which wont let them log on the main site


Non alphabetical chars: ~` : ; > < etc..



Did ANYONE get his/her account fixed?


I sent CS tickets about this and still am every once in a while, but I never hear anything back from k2

yes i got that problem with my warrior account on Dies. I cannot log in on the official knight online website but when i type the same user and the password in the game it works. :huh:

No, it has nothing to do with changing PW, it&#39;s because your ID has non alphabetical chars in it, which stops you from logging on to the main site.
