Can't Login on Gamersfirst.com

I got a problem. I can't login on gamerfirst with my 80 priest.
Not with Internet explorer and not even with Firefox.

Can someone help me to fix this problem?

I think the prob is the caps lock mayb ? you remember 100% how u wrote ur latest pw ?

-Your password has special characters (aka, an old account) and I dont believe G1 recognizes special characters (non ascii)

-Your password for KO is too long for G1, try shortening the password by 1 character each login attempt until you get in

-You never set up an account with G1 (an old account)

i got the same problem on 4 of my 5 accounts :s

so what to do if u got an old account (>4 yrs) and never linked it to g1 cause u havent played it or didnt see a need...

they ask me for my original email (closed down) and the date i createt the account (how should i remember now? xD)...

looks like i never can login again, hm?

I had the same problem a few days ago...I couldn't find a fix, it seemed like my account itself got bugged. Sometimes this will happen and you just gotta wait a day or two it will fix itself.

zzzz i just got the same thing going on as you - I cant log in for 3 days now and i need to send in a ticket ..this is so stupid. I guess we should try posting on official forums about it - might help

i get the same thing, just press support, knight online, thennit should come up with a login screen and i can get on fine there.

...wow so my account is bugged 4life because i got an important high value account and i need to be able to get to my info :/

i face the same problem you should go to profile then make accept this risk so you will be able to log in to the site if the problem still

you should go to the mail which you linked it with your chracter and get the password you enter because you might make capital and small litters on your password
