can't login onto website

I have this kind of problem. With my pass and ID i can login innto game witou any prolems. But, when i attempt to login onto webite - it shows me some error, that i have 1, bad id or pass; 2, exceeded login attemps; 3, account not activated yet. I dunno what to do. It started to show 2-3 weeks ago, when i changed password. From that I cant login on webside anymore. I stopped tryin it for a week hoped that it might work, but nothing changed. Has anyone of u same problem, or u know what to do ?

I have the same problem with one of my account
when K2 did the big reset password I didnt get my password
Since then I cant log into the website
( Dont cofuse this account with my mage account that didnt get password at all and I still cant log ingame neither on site *sad* )
