can't switch keyboard language in game

i can't even log in game with out doing copy paste from text notice.

tried a lot of things nothing's help i just see gibberish in different language all the time!

1-Go control panel
2-Clock, language and region
3-Change keyboards and language/s.
4-Press Change keyboards
5-Make sure you're in first tab(general)
6-Change the language you got there to English (USA)
7-Press apply/confrim.

tried everything nothing helps just gave up

i guess this game just dosen't want me to back, any way as i saw it's became more shitty then it was now i need to pay for everything and it's just dosen't worth it :P
