Can't Verify Phone # On Start-Up w/ SteamKO

SteamKO asks me for my phone number but it says computer blocked since my phone number isn't a Turkish one, I'm from MN USA.

I tried sending a ticket to support on NTTGame's Support website but it's been two days now and no answer.

Any tips anyone can lend me? Thanks.
