because to many ppl are trying to download at the same time (turkey prime time at the moment) it will give a error that it cannot conect.

either try in 4-5 hours ore keep spamming and it should work after a while

i tried it on my client pc and i could access it manually but on my client pc ko is working its just the host, so the pacth worked BUT now xtrap is being an asshole.
