I gonna explain u guyz abut this problem... it happens to me once and i found the way how to fix it.

when u buy prem or cash and in the end of tramsaction it shows you "decline" is because it worked (because u can see ur money gone from ur credit card) that problem only happen to cc buyers but if u register your credit card to click and buy u can get it fast when u buy gold or kc.

back to problem if it shows "decline" u have to send ticket to support, first time they will reply that they deliver to another apartment because they can not give you a solution and blah blah blah, send for second time, they will replay to you u have to give the date and hour exactly when u bought the gold/kc and u have to give credit card full numbers to them.

like 2 - 4 days it takes to give a solution and find the problem.

it happened to me and i fixed it on that way.

Yea but with this bug u get KC but u wont get premium... I Didn't got kc or premium... got nothing

jupp same problem here, i had this same problem last month aswell right after i bought 1 gold prem i couldnt use clickandbuy to buy kc or anything, but then i waited like 3 weeks then i could use it again, but now i got the same shit again-.- i hate clickandbuy it sux so bad
