Sealing and unsealing items

i was just wondering if it was me of everyone, i cant seem to seal or unseal any of my items. i have registered my 8 diget number with kol website and still ingame i cant unseal anything.

anyone know if this problem is going to be fixed or is it just me?

You have to register the 8 digit to get in game, then reregister another 8 digit different then the log in, for unsealing. That was the only problem I had.

You don't have to have an 8 digit code to get ingame.


One thing you might try is if you have a 0 in your number, remove it.


If it is in the front that is definitely what is causing it.
