Cant get into Forgotten Frontiers

Hello !

I havent played KO for a long time. I tried to log in, and it said my Client was out of date. I then loaded the new 1705 version and installed that. Now when I try and load the game, it displays a keypad in the window and then says FTP file open error.

DO I need to get a gamers first account if I never had one before ? I do not know what to do.

I have searched the forums looking for an answer, and could not find one. If there is a topic explaining this already, please give me crap about my ignorance, but also include the link to the topic at the same time
