loading effect date 98%

as the topic says sometimes when im loading that data ko stops and dosnt do more movements only shows that "loading effect data 98%", happen in randoms moments, the only thing that i can do is use CNTRL+ALT+SUPR and end ko usually happen when i move to moradon or eslant to emc, and yeah the time cant do nothing i have passed 15mins and stay the same

add ko to the exclusion list on your av and try again.

Might try flushing your DNS I dunno if that will help or not though.

hmm maybe firewall or so on?

firewall and dns unrelated to this as the loading screen is a local thing (except chara data)
