Do you have premium? If you do and it's still giving you an error, try to log on KO with a different IP address, would recommend going to a friends house and try installing it and trying. You could be IP banned, or just no premium.

update ur region, that msg is the same as ur char is not on the same region as u are, and if u have actualized recentrly, do it again

if your ip banned, making new character's wont mean anything because YOUR ip address is blocked from connection to the game.

yep yep. smells like IP ban. but if u have prem make sure u cahnge ur region if it is right, its bant.

and i loged just for 10 sec 1 month ago
and i update my region
and tried restart modem
