Failed to load APR Function (Error when opening KO)

When i open up my knight online i get an error saying "Failed to Load APR Funtion, Please try again and report to customer service if it fails again."

Has this Happened to anyone else before? Does anyone know what i can do to fix this?

My computer is Windows XP
