hotmail's the problem.. if ur using hotmail = no keys from KOL .. dont know why but only hotmail users wont be able to receive them..

ten im fuked. Cuz my prem ran out and im using hotmail. If i can log in cant change email, if i cant chjange email cant use koworld. If i cant use koworld i cant send ticket to get them to send me my prem. Instead of jsut charging me. GG...

this issue suck i just had a trade today the other guy had Gmail lucky for me so i changed it right away.
Try F5 it may work for some of you

I got same problem, hotmail addys for all my accounts. So i made a new email with gmail.com on a new account. Sent a Customer Supprot Ticket, telling them about the problem with my other account.

They responded by saying please login with that account and send a customer support ticket, then we may help you.

i dont get the email and with this error on the ko website it means NO One Can Send Support Tickets
