I'd start by downloading the drivers for your graphic card + the latest directx that actually functions with it.
You're not running on a virtual operating system right, it's fully the real deal (your one and only operating system)?
alright and where can i download thes drivers if been searching a while but cant find it ><
....
Ok, just look up on google your graphic card and look at what version of directx it can handle, google the directx version and download it.
The drivers fro the graphic card can usually be found pretty easally aswell, just search for the graphic card name and at the end you write drivers.
i have to register for a l this bs isent there anything for free
are u sure u installed right driver? ( graphic card driver ) or remove the old one and download it again.
i got no idea i dont know any thing about pc/laptops >< i only know how to play games and shit but nothign about there software and shitzz
run (startup menu, the search box)-> type in "dxdiag" without the quotes -> open the display tab and you should see the model of your graphic card there.
If it's an ATI(Radeon) card go to AMD Graphics Drivers & Software
If it's an Nvidia(GeForce) card go to Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers
And then get your new directx here: Download: DirectX End-User Runtime - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details
name: standart-vga grafische adapter
chiptype: NVIDIA
thats what it says
so i quez i take the folowing link ?
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
but then again i saw a sticker on this laptop saying it has an amd 64 athlon
so i dont know <<
