Trojan horse issue

Im sure most of you know about the false positive trojan horse issue to do with KO

but my friend just got it
hes got AVG
and his dad wont let him uninstall it or disable it for anything ...
can any1 give me some help so i can fix this without uninstalling AVG or messing around with it?

how did he turn antivirus off if its still reporting virus found?

anyway...in order to bypass it try to disable it as a service

start->run-> write "services.msc" (without ") and press enter

find antivirus there and disable it (and stop it...temporarily, turn it back on after xtrap updates)

if u aint got admin privileges...well...time for some "daddy bothering till he blows and says "ok u little fuk...here here here""

idont even trust someone still using it

use : avast or kaspersky...but dont use avg ..its like anti antivirus

1] Don&#39;t talk shit about AVG as it is one of the best virus scanners out their and most updated.
2] Avast is a resource hog, and Kaspersky is owned by Norton [at least I believe]

I&#39;ve been using AVG myself for year&#39;s and never had a single problem, It&#39;s good you don&#39;t trust me cause I don&#39;t need your trust.

AVG is nice, when you have paid for it or can find a cracked version. I use adaware 2007, its just as good as AVG, if you can&#39;t get AVG, adaware is the way to go imo. Kapersky is gay, and like he said, avast = resource hog.
