I do not live in Turkey either, tried resetting modem many times but still not fixed, have problem getting on official KO site/forum, GamersFirst site also, is it just me or does anybody else face this kind of problems?

I got this problems too. The official Forum is very laggy all the time.
Some friends got this problem too. So its not your fault.
no lags here, dcing for beeing an archer,so nothin has changed for me personaly
but seriously i have noticed than not only turks having this issue lately, many ppl from south america for example dcing now aswell, smth must be wrong

im in Germany and these last 2 days i get fully dc if i am ingame. no chance to stay online neither on ED
maybe these are the last months of our USKO server
It should be because of the new server.
