character detail keeps setting to low

well basically what the title says

ill set everything on high, res/draw distance and all that and i log in the game

when i log in i notice the characters look uglier then usual (its KO so its not gon look good but still)

so when i logged out and went to options i saw that character was set to low

it keeps doin it everytime i change it to high

any suggestions? is there another way to change it maybe in a file in the KO folder or something?

hmmmm with my computer...

pk against blurry globs and no lag? or pk against other characters with no lag? Which to choose...

my comp isnt no $3000 rig but it can handle this game

so does anyone know of another way to set the options or maybe why its doing that?
