Help me with this PUS problem please

I use american express gift cards for premium/kc on my accounts, & I get this message everytime I purchase 1 thing after 2 purchases in 24 hours or 5 things in 30 days. I don't know if it's a message according to the game limits, or the card limits. I need to know if there's a way to get it back to normal so I could purchase KC again. I have a card that I bought for 50 on an AMEX card, and I bought bronze for 2 accounts, and then tried to get kc on a different account, and got this message. I purchased premium for the 2 accounts 15+ days ago, and I only made 2 purchases in under 24 hours, but now I cant use it anymore and I still have 32 bucks on it and that's not 5 purchases in under 30 days. It's a big waste of money if I don't find a way to get it to work, & I did the clear cookies/history and all, still don't work...
Anyone know how to get through this...

I think it could be the games natural spending limit for your card. Not sure though because it sounds like you haven't spent that much lately.

Everyone keeps telling me to create click and buy, but then I tell them it's a gift card, and they say "Oh, I dunno then..." Would C&B work with a gift card?
