Clan Symbol... problems registering

This is a discussion on Clan Symbol... problems registering within the Tech Support forums, part of the Knight Online (ko4life.com) category; Im trying to register this symbol for my dcz clan which just did cape quest... Its saved at 32 x ...

    Default Clan Symbol... problems registering

    Im trying to register this symbol for my dcz clan which just did cape quest...

    Its saved at 32 x 32 and as .bmp in my folder yet it when i try to go to register it my client has an error and closes any help?

    well i didnt do anything... after like the 5th try it worked =P ya i realise i posted the original image which was a .gif... but i had a .bmp in the symbol.bmp spot lol
