Click and Buy and KC problem

Im not sure if this is the right section but heres my problem.

I have used ingame power-up store to purchase KC with click and buy

as you guys know there is 3 steps before you complete the payment

First one you enter your credit card info and they take the money from it

second one is registeration to their site or something, heres the problem

I couldnt register it always give me error Even i have did supply all the correct information!

they took the money from my credit and didnt recieve any KC i contacted them and Gamersfirst still no reply from them? what should i do? does that mean my money is gone or theres some way that i can refund..

if they wont refund it, go to ur bank and tell them about ur issue

why do you even do click and buy, just go to playspan.com, and you wll get like 5% off or some time even 10% off...... i hope this will help you... o ya and there suport ticket is not working right now, so i dotn know how log you have to w8. why dont you call them?

Pretty sure you have at least a month to back charge your Credit Card. Go to your bank.

Just had the same problem, (on a weekend) had to wait till monday but then I got refunded.
